Plan your next party, celebration, reception, or meeting at the Orpheum Children’s Science Museum. The museum is the perfect location for reunions, receptions, anniversaries, or graduation ceremonies. Give your guests or colleagues the opportunity to celebrate by enjoying the museum’s courtyard, animals and interactive exhibits.
Private Parties, Receptions or Meetings - $250
- Private rentals are for 3 hours and are available Monday thru Friday after 4 p.m. or weekends from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. or after 4 p.m. Additional times are available during normal operating hours.
- Private parties include use of all public areas in the museum including the mezzanine and the party room on the second floor, and exhibit space
- 20-minute hands-on science presentation by the museum team is available by request.
- Staff members are available to assist with setup and guest needs
- Our facility is best equipped for 75 guests.
- We provide tables and chairs; but tablecloths are not provided. We provide trash bags, paper towels, brooms and dustpans for surface cleaning following the event.
- The museum does not provide food or party supplies, but you may certainly bring your own or arrange with a local caterer to provide food and refreshments.
Rentals are 3 hours in length. The gift shop will be open during your special event. We require a $125 deposit 1 week prior to your event.
