Plan your next party, celebration, reception, or meeting at the Orpheum! The museum is the perfect location for reunions, receptions, anniversaries, baby showers, or graduation ceremonies. Give your guests or colleagues the opportunity to celebrate by enjoying the museum's courtyard, animals and interactive exhibits.
Private Parties, Receptions or Meetings - $250
- Private rentals are for 2 hours and are available Monday thru Friday after 5 p.m. or weekends from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. or after 5 p.m. Additional times are available during normal operating hours.
- Private parties include use of all public areas including the mezzanine and the party room on the second floor.
- 20-minute hands-on science presentation by the museum team is available by request for an additional $10.
- Our facility is best equipped for 75 guests.
- We provide tables and chairs; but tablecloths are not provided. We provide trash bags, paper towels, brooms and dustpans for surface cleaning following the event.
- The museum does not provide food or party supplies, but you may certainly bring your own or arrange with a local caterer to provide food and refreshments.
Parties may be extended by 1/2 hour for an additional $50, pending availability. The gift shop will be open during your special event.
