- Tuesdays-Fridays: 10am - 4 pm (* See below)
- Saturdays and Sundays: 1 - 5 pm
(* Play groups who want to schedule afternoon visits at the end of a school day can schedule small "groups of eight or more" visits in advance to extend until 5 pm. This must be done at least one week in advance to allow the Museum time to staff the visit.)

Admission
Child (2-18 years): $2
Adult non-member: $3
- Members pay no admission and enjoy other special benefits.
The Orpheum Children's Science Museum welcomes all children and never denies admission on the basis of inability to pay.
Location
The Orpheum is located on the north end of downtown Champaign. Parking is available at meters which are currently a quarter per hour, Mondays through Fridays, 8 to 5 p.m. and free after 5 p.m. and weekends. Entrance to the parking lot is from Washington Street or southbound on Neil Street. Bus parking is available. Ask about bus parking when scheduling your group visit.
From I-74 travel south on Neil Street to Washington Street, turn left onto Washington and enter the parking lot (less than .1 mile).
From the south, we recommend driving north on Neil Street. At University northbound Neil turns into Walnut Street (one-way). (This goes through downtown Champaign.) Turn left on to Washington and turn left in the Orpheum's parking lot (approximately .1 mile).
